Trail Blazer 5k a Beautiful Success
The first of the five Chicago Trail Series races is officially in the books. The Trail Blazer 5k took place on May 1, with a strong turnout of runners. With beautiful weather, a blossoming course and much early morning excitement, the race was a complete success. Thank you to all the runners and volunteers who made the first race of the CTS season such a big success.
Despite the Rain, the Trail Challenge 8k is a Success!
With rain pouring down on racers as the Trail Challenge 8k started on Saturday, over 160 runners took part in the fourth year event, marking the largest turnout ever for the event.
Congratulations to all the runners who took part this weekend, and those that came on to cheer the runners on. It was a great time and we hope you enjoyed the experience, as much as we enjoyed putting on the event.
Hot Weather = Hot Results - Renegade Trail Run 10k
Hot and muggy weather couldn't stop our largest field ever of over 200 runners from competing in the third race of the Chicago Trail Series, the Renegade Trail Run 10k. Congratulations to all who took part and hopefully we'll see you at our race in August.
Record Turnout, Fast Times at Xtreme Trail Run 12k
A record number of runners took place in the fourth race of the Chicago Trail Series on August 7, as sunny skies and a tough trail greeted the runners at the Xtreme Trail Run 12k.
Congratulations to everyone who took part and hopefully we'll see you on the trail again this summer.
